Custom-made or personalized embroidery items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. Each piece is crafted specifically for your order.

Go to "My Orders" in your account and select the garment you want to return.
Choose the reason for return: sizing issue, fabric concern, or other.
Pack the garment securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Use the provided return label and ship the package to our return center.
