We provide detailed size charts for each garment. For embroidered pieces, we recommend checking the actual measurements rather than standard sizes. If between sizes, size up for a comfortable fit, especially with heavily embroidered items.

Most embroidered garments require delicate care. We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent, avoiding bleach. Dry flat and iron on the reverse side with low heat. For heavily embroidered pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days for ready-to-wear items. Custom embroidery orders require additional time for craftsmanship. You'll receive updates throughout the creation process and tracking information once shipped.

Ready-to-wear orders can be modified within 24 hours. Custom embroidery orders cannot be modified once the crafting process has begun. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Custom-made or personalized embroidery items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. Ready-to-wear clothing can be returned within 14 days if unworn and with all tags attached.

Our sizes are based on standard measurements. However, due to the nature of embroidery work, some pieces may have a slightly different fit. We recommend checking our detailed size charts and consulting with our sizing specialists if unsure.

We use premium natural fabrics including cotton, linen, silk, and organic blends that provide the best foundation for embroidery work. Each fabric is carefully selected for durability, comfort, and ability to showcase intricate embroidery details.

You can track your order by logging into your Alawan Arts account and going to "My Orders". You'll also receive tracking information via email once your garment ships.

We accept Cash on Delivery (select areas), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) for your convenience.

Ready-to-wear clothing can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Custom or personalized items have different conditions.

For stains on embroidered fabric, treat immediately with cold water and mild soap. Avoid rubbing the embroidery. For persistent stains, consult a professional cleaner experienced with delicate fabrics and embroidery work.
